Usage Note 37588: Importing SAS Customer Intelligence objects into metadata causes an "Operation Forbidden" error
The SAS® Management Console returns an error if you import SAS Customer Intelligence objects for which you do not have sufficient permissions. For example, if your user ID has only View privileges on a diagram, then your import fails with an error similar to the one below:
ERROR - Operation Forbidden on "[Campaign_Name]"
INFO - ******** Importing Content ********
INFO - Importing content for Campaign diagram objects.
ERROR - Campaign diagram: There were no valid items in the package.
ERROR - Error importing content. Reason: Campaign diagram: There were no valid
items in the package.
INFO - The import process has finished with errors.
To avoid this error, ensure that your user ID has full permissions on the object that you are importing.
If you do attempt to import SAS Customer Intelligence objects and you receive this error, then delete the associated corrupted objects in the metadata. To delete, log on to SAS Management Console as a user who has permission to view the objects. One user ID that is commonly used is sasadm. Navigate to each object in the Folder Tab that you were attempting to import and highlight it. Right-click on the object and choose Delete.
